On average a home can be produced and delivered on-site anywhere from 8-14 weeks from the day of order. On-site completion may vary depending on the site preparation required, but it can be as little as 10 days in some cases.

Buyers also receive an exclusive 10 year structural warranty designed to specifically protect new manufactured home buyers.

Modular home designs can go almost anywhere and can be designed with different structural systems for placement on either a concrete pad, crawl space, basement or steel pilings. It is best to find out what is acceptable in the mobile home park, city or region you are interested in settling in by contacting the municipality or regional district for the bylaws in that area. Typically what is included in the price of your new home is delivery and setup by our on-site Loudoun team. We take care of the setup including installation of blocking, anchors, skirting and temporary stairs.

Options that are not included with the home setup are foundations, contracting, cranes, services and accessory buildings. The Loudoun team can help with recommendations for qualified service providers in all of these areas.
